Langscholars English Academy is looking for a full-time English teacher to join our team in Seoul, South Korea for the 2027–2028 academic year.
Whether you are a recent graduate, an experienced teacher, or simply looking for an opportunity to spend a year living and working abroad, this is an opportunity to experience life in Seoul while gaining meaningful teaching experience with young learners.
📚 POSITION
Full-Time English Teacher
Kindergarten & Elementary Students
📍 Location: Seoul, South Korea
📅 Contract: March 2027 – February 2028 (1 year)
🎓 Pre-employment Training: February 22–26, 2027 (in Korea)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
💰 Salary: KRW 2.4 million/month
🏠 Housing: Provided OR KRW 500,000/month housing allowance
✈️ Airfare: One-way flight to Seoul provided
🍱 Lunch: Provided at school
🏥 Benefits: National Health Insurance & National Pension
🛂 E-2 Visa Sponsorship: Provided
📆 Renewal: Option to renew by mutual agreement
👩‍🏫 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Applicants should:
• Be a native English speaker
• Have clear, easy-to-understand spoken English suitable for teaching young learners
• Hold a bachelor’s degree — any major is welcome
• Meet the requirements for an E-2 teaching visa in South Korea
• Be able to provide the required visa documents, including an apostilled bachelor’s degree and criminal background check
• Enjoy working with kindergarten and elementary-aged children
• Be responsible, positive, and comfortable working as part of a team
Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
An English or Education major is not required.

Langscholars English Academy is a young-learner English academy in Seoul focused on developing strong foundations in reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary, and grammar.
Teachers receive training, curriculum guidance, and classroom support, making the position suitable for both first-time teachers and teachers with previous classroom experience.
