Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PM

About StuVi English

StuVi English is a small, student-centered English academy in Songdo, Incheon. We focus on helping students develop strong English skills through reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking in a supportive and engaging environment.

Our classes are small, allowing teachers to understand each student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning needs.

The Position

We are looking for a warm, responsible, and hardworking Native English Teacher to join our team.

The teacher will primarily work with Grades 1–3 students in small-group classes. Because our classes are small, we expect our teachers to know their students well and adjust their lessons accordingly.

This position is a good fit for someone who genuinely enjoys teaching children and takes pride in preparing thoughtful, engaging lessons.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to small groups of primarily Grade 1–3 students
• Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
• Adapt lessons based on individual students' levels and needs
• Create additional worksheets, activities, and learning materials when necessary
• Develop lesson plans and supplementary materials independently
• Help students develop their reading, writing, speaking, vocabulary, and comprehension skills
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive, organized, and well-managed classroom
• Communicate with the director and other teachers regarding students' progress and needs
• Prepare thoroughly for each class and take responsibility for the quality of your lessons

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• A native English speaker
• Holds a bachelor's degree or higher from an English-speaking country
• Experienced in teaching English, preferably to elementary-aged students
• Someone who has a university degree from 
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children
• Patient, warm, and able to build positive relationships with students
• Hardworking, responsible, and dependable
• Comfortable creating and adapting lesson plans independently
• Able to make additional worksheets and activities based on students' needs
• Organized and well-prepared
• A proactive teacher who can identify areas where students need additional support
• A team player who communicates well with other teachers and the director
